Payment Terms

1. Available Billing Models

Aowsum currently offers two payment options:

• Recurring subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
• Custom one-time payment packages that include lifetime access to agreed features.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscription charges are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

3. Custom Lifetime Purchases

One-time custom lifetime payments are non-recurring. Scope, deliverables, included features, and support level are defined in writing before purchase confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Unless required by law or explicitly approved in writing, payments are non-refundable. Any approved exceptions are handled case-by-case.

5. Failed Payments and Suspension

If payment fails, we may retry billing. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension or service limitation until payment is completed.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes, duties, and local charges may be added based on your billing region.
